Parc Central Residences is a new EC in Tampines which comprises of eleven 16-storey blocks, totaling 700 units. The units are made up of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom types.

The residential blocks are anchored by a generous landscape in a site area of over 268,000 square feet, with design details and features inspired by Central Park in New York.

The Lake zone is the central landscape zone almost the size of a football field, and features the huge Lake Pool. It is perfect for families, with varying pool depths that cater for all ages and a jacuzzi.

The Cove zone is an activity-oriented area equipped with comprehensive fitness facilities such as the Tennis Court, Running Trail, Futsal Play-Court, Basketball Half- Court, Outdoor Cross-Fit Equipment, Rock-Climbing and etc. The 50m Quarry Pool gives swimmers a proper workout before getting a water curtain massage at the Water Trellis. Apart from the fitness facilities, children can explore the Trampoline Trail, up the treehouse, or take a breather in the cocoon pods.

At the Lawn zone, residents can find the Butterfly Trail, Rain Gardens and Tiered Garden. Or grow their own plants at the Community Garden.

The Parc House is an enclave of indoor communal spaces with luxurious rooms for residents to escape to. In the centre of the Parc House is a large courtyard with deck seats for residents of all ages to bask in fun and sun.

A feature ramp that gently rides up to the roof of Parc House, leads residents to the outdoor deck, an excellent venue for a get-together with friends. Here they are able to mingle and rest among the lush palette of trees and shrubs while preparing meals at the two, spacious BBQ pavilions with Outdoor Dining Areas and a great views of the main pool deck.
